Edpuzzle is a free online software where you can assign videos to students that have teacher-made questions, comments, and voiceovers embedded in them. There are controls that can prevent students from skipping ahead and the questions can be automatically graded if they are multiple-choice. You can pull videos from Youtube or upload your own.
